Spread on the first page. If you don't put a facing page narration page for each story, you will probably have a hard time. It's my first time making a manga, so it's a measure due to my lack of skill (-_-;)

The manuscript is B4 size with 14pt font size, and I will make it into a book size when I distribute it.
